A native of Maiori and a law student in Fisciano, in his second season, Siro Papa, 21, adds his smile and kindness to every dish on the Pineta 1903‘s menu. 

Let’s get to know Siro Papa in this interview.

How did you get to Pineta 1903?

I found an ad on Facebook. I knew that Sabrina Ferrara was already working at Pineta 1903, and I came for an interview.

I was immediately enchanted by the beauty of the place and the kindness with which I was treated from the beginning. 

What do you do?

I am the right-hand man of Claudio Amodio and Maria Lucia Nunes Pereira when they are not there to make cocktails.

Otherwise, I serve the dishes, set the table, and clear the table. 

What do you like most about this job?

Besides the team, the contact with the customers. Being kind, smiling, making them feel good, and getting to know them significantly fulfills me.

What is your favorite dish on the menu at Pineta 1903? 

The Amalfitano. I like its slightly bitter taste and its bright color.
