We believe in Slow Food cuisine, which is why we always want to bring genuine, unprocessed ingredients to the table.

Passed down through generations

All the pasta served in our restaurant is handmade in-house and produced in our open, on-site artisan pasta workshop, using exclusively durum wheat semolina and 100% Italian flours.

Bronze-drawn to ensure optimal cooking and the proper release of starch during both cooking and finishing.

Homemade bread

Simplicity, creativity and taste

Every day we bake our own warm, fragrant bread, strictly made with Type 1 flour, which retains 80% of the fiber and wheat germ of type 00 flour.

Homemade desserts

Your restaurant on the Amalfi Coast

Every day we produce 5 or 6 typical Amalfi Coast desserts, all homemade by our chefs, in very limited quantities to ensure freshly made desserts.
