Alici Panza & Panza
Anchovies stuffed with smoked Provola from Tramonti, served with lemon gel and Puttanesca sauce on the side.
A tribute to the most authentic tradition of alici ’mbuttunate: fried — warm and enveloping — and stuffed, where the heart of smoked provola meets the sea in a surprising contrast.

Gnocco di Mare
Purple potato gnocchi with clams and lemon: delicate, aromatic and contemporary, with briny notes and citrus freshness.

Totano ’Mbuttunato
Squid stuffed in the traditional style of Furore, with our bread, olives, capers and its own tentacles, served on a vegetable base. Rustic and authentic, deeply Mediterranean.

Raviolo Amalfitano
Amalfi-style raviolo with yellow and red cherry tomatoes. Handcrafted raviolo from our pasta workshop, filled with lemon-scented ricotta and a cherry tomato coulis.
A raviolo that captures the sunshine of the Amalfi Coast: soft ricotta delicately perfumed with lemon, wrapped in a thin pasta sheet, with cherry tomatoes adding freshness and vibrancy.

Mangiare in una limonaia ha il suo "sapore".
L'ambiente è molto bello ed il signor Carlo, il proprietario, si è intrattenuto con me facendomi sentire come a casa.
Ho trovato le varie pietanze molto buone e con accoppiamenti … leggi tutto molto curati ed interessanti.
Un plauso al personale, educato, gentile, cortese e molto preparato nello spiegare il piatto proposto.

Veramente il top, ambiente rilassato e rilassante, si respira una grande sensazione di serenità.
Piatti curati e ricercati di grande impatto e gusto, ad ogni boccone esplosione di sapori (consiglio l'antipasto il gran mare pineta 1903 … leggi tutto e la loro nerano).
Personale gentile e molto curato, spiegano a dovere ogni piatto e offrono un assaggio del loro olio esaltandolo con basilico e buccia di limone.
La location è molto suggestiva, pranzare sotto quella limonaia è un qualcosa di unico e, come dicevo prima, rilassante.
Consigliatissimo, non fatevi scappare questa esperienza unica!!!
