" The Pineta Bar in Maiori on the Amalfi Coast is an institution! It has been the reference point for many generations since 1903. More than a century of history. Today the Pineta Bar becomes Pineta 1903 - Bar Ristorante Pizzeria. Today, a new era begins for the Pineta and a new adventure for me - perhaps the dream of a lifetime! Today the Pineta changes management and ownership.
In 2015 I completely renovated the Pineta, aware of all the difficulties and the multiplicity of the works and the conspicuous financial commitment that it would have required, because I had a vision and because I fell in love with this vision. But I had no doubts. I had no doubts .... because I know that I am not alone, with me, as always, there is my family, my wife and my children to give me the necessary strength.
Opened in July 2015, the Pineta 1903 appears completely renovated and refurbished. I hope that you too are part of this vision, more and more numerous .... I wait for you !!!"

FURORE - BEER OF THE FJORD
ORIGINAL OF PINETA 1903
Unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beer from Pineta 1903.
A lager beer made from Italian barley malt only, with soft hints of malt and herbaceous notes. Very drinkable, citrusy and floral typical of the Italian Ale tradition, with a light body and good final dryness. Golden yellow color and clear. White foam, very fine and persistent. On the nose, the honeyed and herbaceous notes blend in perfect balance with each other. At the sip it has a sweet entrance which is replaced by a balsamic, soft and persistent bitterness.

Original Recipe by Chef Provino Milo with Spaghettoni Pasta from Gragnano, Walnut Pesto, Anchovies in Olive Oil, Pecorino Cream and Walnut Kernels.
It is a reinterpretation of the historic spaghetti "L’Interrato" which in ancient times, on the Amalfi Coast, was used to prepare on Christmas Eve. The name derives from the sandy sauce, which almost hides the pasta.
A first course with a Mediterranean flavor, in which flavors as simple as sincere triumph.
