Without a doubt, one of the finest restaurants on the Amalfi Coast, a gathering place for four generations. In Maiori, along the town’s elegant main street, Pineta 1903 harmoniously blends history and innovation, tradition and a genuine passion for fine cuisine.

A spacious bar welcomes guests at the entrance; beyond it lies a more intimate dining room featuring a wood-fired oven. Then, just a few steps further, you discover the true jewel of Pineta 1903: a fresh, beautifully tended lemon garden—what we proudly call our “Limonaia.”

One of the last remaining in the town center, its beauty is unmistakable. It deepens and celebrates that timeless bond between people and what is rightly considered the emblem of the Amalfi Coast: the lemon.

Artisan Pasta

Passed down through generations

All the pasta served in our restaurant is handmade in-house and produced in our open, on-site artisan pasta workshop, using exclusively durum wheat semolina and 100% Italian flours.

Bronze-drawn to ensure optimal cooking and the proper release of starch during both cooking and finishing.

Homemade bread

Craftsmanship and taste

Every day we bake our own warm, fragrant bread, strictly made with Type 1 flour, which retains 80% of the fiber and wheat germ of type 00 flour.

Homemade Desserts

Scent of the Coast

Every day we produce 5 or 6 typical desserts of the Amalfi Coast, all homemade by our Chef Pino, in very limited quantities to ensure freshly produced desserts.
