A lager beer made from Italian barley malt only, with soft hints of malt and herbaceous notes.
Very drinkable, citrusy and floral typical of the Italian Ale tradition, with a light body and good final dryness.
Golden yellow color and clear.
White foam, very fine and persistent.
On the nose, the honeyed and herbaceous notes blend in perfect balance with each other.
At the sip it has a sweet entry which is replaced by a balsamic, soft and persistent bitterness.
