Cuban by origin, of the Amalfi Coast by adoption, Isis Beatriz, 34, has become an excellent support for the entire Pineta 1903 team over time.

How did you come to Pineta 1903?
Thanks to a Venezuelan friend of mine. She told me that the restaurant was looking for staff. I went for an interview, and they hired me.
What do you do?
I take care of various things, particularly the preparation of appetizers.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the environment and the harmony among me and my colleagues.
What is your favorite dish?
Smoked fish, a second course. It is a sea bream stuffed with escarole capers and olives accompanied by light smoking on a leek and potato velouté.
