Maiorese, 24, came to Pineta 1903 thanks to her sister Sabrina, who had already worked at the restaurant during the summer season for a few years. A communications student in Bologna, she tells us about her experience in this interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What brought you here to Pineta in 1903?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I had worked in the past at a smaller restaurant also here in Maiori. However, I wanted to try my hand at a larger venue this year. So when I learned through my sister that Carlo de Filippo was looking for staff, I applied.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What do you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I’m a wild card<\/strong>. I bring dishes, make drinks if needed, and set and clear the table. I always try to be helpful and help my colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What do you like about this job?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Several things. First of all, the location<\/strong>. Working under this lemon grove is beautiful, especially seeing the sun’s rays through the leaves. I like the customers and think it is a lovely opportunity to tell tourists about my area through food<\/strong>. Finally, my colleagues<\/strong>. We are all the same age; sometimes, a glance is enough to understand each other.
